• Not only am I writing in my book the things I am grateful for, but I'm often thanking people directly
• I have no interest in ill-humored and negative postings on Facebook or bad news on the TV
• I exercise my right to distance myself from negative people
• I feel lighter and my good mood has intensified again
• I recognize that there is so much that I am grateful for, and that makes me happy
And there are still these little miracles, which have come to me almost daily since then:
• People who barely know me, trust me and often tell me very intimate things
• How, from out of nowhere, I get inquiries for coachings because acquaintances, friends, or former customers have told someone about me
• Customers surprise me with little gifts or courtesies
• Existing friendships have intensified, although we now live hundreds of kilometers away from each other
Maybe you should should try this. It doesn't have to be a book you fill out. How about this: just before you go to bed, consider three things you think you should be grateful for on this day.
